She gave us advice when we asked for it, but always respected our decisions and trusted us to make the choices that were right for us. She really allowed us to learn the ropes of buying a home and making offers while helping us understand what made sense for our situation. We didn’t get every offer we put in, but we were completely okay with that because we knew our boundaries and what we were comfortable with. She did an amazing job of helping us stick to those boundaries and never pushed us to go beyond what we felt was right. Buying our first home could have been overwhelming, but having someone who was knowledgeable, supportive, and genuinely had our best interests in mind made such a difference. Then when the time was right I needed it sold immediately. Tracy got it on the market quickly and did wide spread advertising. A buyer was found in 2 days. She kept in contact with me and the buyer's agent. All the paperwork kept rolling. I was able to close on the house at full value in an incredibly short amount of time.
