I reached out to Tracy very early, when thoughts of selling were on the horizon. She kept in contact for months and became very knowledgeable about the locale. Then when the time was right I needed it sold immediately. Tracy got it on the market quickly and did wide spread advertising. A buyer was found in 2 days. She kept in contact with me and the buyer's agent. All the paperwork kept rolling. I was able to close on the house at full value in an incredibly short amount of time.
