I am a buyer who needs the fine details & Jamie demonstrated a commitment to educating us on entire process. She knows the Brownsburg market but the great Indy market too. I was filling stressful about selling my house but Jeremy was there from start to finish. He communicated every step of the way and made sure to help me understand everything during the listing and the sale. I will not sell or buy another house without him.

This was my first ever home buying experience. I was very appreciative of how accommodating, responsive, informative and professional Megan was through the entire process. Our communication was primarily through text as that was my preferred method of communication. All texts were answered either same-day or the next-day. I would typically look at homes after work and she was always available to show me the home at my preferred time. Even on the occasions she was out of town, she arranged for another realtor to show me a home I was interested in seeing. I first started my house search last year, but after learning that the company I work for was planning on making a move to a new location I decided to postpone buying until the new location was revealed. Megan was super understanding and She was well informed on both the homes and the areas were I was looking for to buy. I appreciated her pointing out potential issues with any home that I looked at and for taking the time to figure out exactly what I was looking for in a home. When I got back into looking for a home. I reached out to Tracy very early, when thoughts of selling were on the horizon. She kept in contact for months and became very knowledgeable about the locale. Then when the time was right I needed it sold immediately. Tracy got it on the market quickly and did wide spread advertising. A buyer was found in 2 days.
