This was my first ever home buying experience. I was very appreciative of how accommodating, responsive, informative and professional Megan was through the entire process. Our communication was primarily through text as that was my preferred method of communication. All texts were answered either same-day or the next-day. I would typically look at homes after work and she was always available to show me the home at my preferred time. Even on the occasions she was out of town, she arranged for another realtor to show me a home I was interested in seeing. I first started my house search last year, but after learning that the company I work for was planning on making a move to a new location I decided to postpone buying until the new location was revealed. Megan was super understanding and She was well informed on both the homes and the areas were I was looking for to buy. I appreciated her pointing out potential issues with any home that I looked at and for taking the time to figure out exactly what I was looking for in a home. When I got back into looking for a home. I was fortunate enough to find a home I really liked immediately. Someone else put in an offer for the same home but I ended up getting my offer accepted with Megan's guidance. Megan was very attentative during the entire closing process and made sure to be kept in the loop with everything that was happening. I would highly recommend Megan to anyone looking for an experienced real estate agent. She was amazing to work with!
