Jeremy is a great realtor to work with. He helped us every step of the way, and was very honest from the get go. He was very flexible with our schedule on showing us houses. I felt like he had our best interest in mind at all times, it wasn’t about just making the sale he wanted us to be happy in our new home. I would highly recommend Jeremy for any real estate transaction that you need.

Zoe Moore did an amazing job with the sale of our home! We live out of state, and Zoe and her right hand woman Emily made sure to keep us posted with all the details. My home needed major repairs/updates, she found a contractor, she followed up on his work, and made sure that all the details were perfect. The house was on the market for less then 24 hours and we already had offers. We accepted an offer over asking price in 48 hours!! We couldn't have asked for a better realtor!

This is the second time we've used Zoe Moore...

This is the second time we've used Zoe Moore for our home purchases (2009 and 2016). She came highly recommended from a friend. We did not hesitate to request her services again in our January 2016 purchase as we turned our previous home into a rental. Over the years we've recommended Zoe to several friends who have purchased homes across both Hamilton County and Boone County. Specifically for our January 2016 home purchase, we were bidding against 4 other offers and her suggestions highly helped our offer stick out amongst the others! We went from open house to accepted offer in 9 hours!! Zoe was present for all needs during the process (walk thru, inspection, email/txt questions, etc). Even after closing, Zoe helped us with a claim to the home warranty program provided by the sellers. Overall, Zoe provides more than a real estate service. Experience combined with personality, Zoe provides a welcoming, fresh and exciting view to a what can seem (at times) a long, stressful process. She deserves beyond 5 stars!!

Zoe Moore's ads in our local newspapers grabbed our attention so that when we were ready to sell our home, we knew that Zoe was the Realtor for us! We expected good results, but, Zoe's expertise exceeded our wildest imagination. She conducted thorough research not only of local selling trends but of our desires as well. With the help of her professional team, she staged and photographed our home, and the stunning slideshow garnered 8 showings the first evening. Zoe put our house on the market on a Tuesday and sold our house on Wednesday! We've never seen anything like it in all our years of real estate transactions. Zoe is a dynamo, and if you intend to sell your home in the Zionsville area, you owe it to yourself to call Zoe.
