Gloria was always quick to answer the phone or respond to emails. From our initial meeting at our house to the day of the closing, she showed genuine interest in the sale of our home. Her years of experience and helpful suggestions gave us direction as to what needed to be done to prepare our house for that first showing. Throughout the process we were kept informed about the level of activity from different viewing platforms and feedback from showings. She was helpful during price negotiations and working through the long list from the home inspection. We walked away with more than what we had expected in a relatively short time frame! Good overall experience!

Jamie does a great job breaking out the details & shares info in an educational ( not condescending). I am a buyer who needs the fine details & Jamie demonstrated a commitment to educating us on entire process. She knows the Brownsburg market but the great Indy market too. This helped us put things in perspective. Jamie is also an active listener, checking for understanding. She is a pro!

Jamie was very available for showings and sent us new listings as soon as they hit the market. Her knowledge of the area and the market was excellent. She also gave great advice on different aspects of the house that most people don’t normally think of. Jamie also navigated us through terminating a deal after inspection and then guided ya through negotiations on our final purchase. I can’t recommend her enough!!! Her colleague, Lea, also went above and beyond to help when Jamie was on vacation.

Vicky went well beyond her average duty for this sale as it was anything but a straight forwad sale. She had to figure out random legal things, deal with a death mid sale, change the loan due to unforseen circumstances, and was always available to answer any questions I had. This went from being a 21 day close to being extended by 3 weeks due to all sorts of events. She definitely knows what she is doing and I always felt like I was being communicated with in the fastest way possible and kept in the loop on anything happening. I hope I dont buy another house anytime soon but if I do I wont heaitate to have her help me.
