When I was selling and buying a new home, I came to rely heavily on Phil on what was a long and stressful journey. Phil's ability to point out areas of concern and advantages on each of the dozen + homes we saw was impressive and helpful. To know we had someone looking out for us, allowed for my wife and I to feel confident when we did make an offer. A house came on to the market while Phil was taking on vacation out of state. Phil had another agent prearranged and we viewed the home the next day. I highly recommend Phil and the professionalism he provides.
