Benjamin Anderson has practiced Real Estate in central Indiana for 14 years. Benjamin grew up in Fillmore, Indiana and played three sports throughout high school while attending honors classes. Upon completion, Benjamin moved to Myrtle Beach, South Carolina where he graduated with an Associate's degree in Golf Complex Operations and Business Management at the Golf Academy of America. He then moved back to Indiana where he became an assistant at Prestwick Country Club while getting his Real Estate license in 2010. While practicing Real Estate on the side, he also started a career in the logistics field with the Celadon Group. He worked in multiple positions in customer service, operations, and transitioned into National Account Sales. Benjamin now is the Director of Business Development with Fitzmark in downtown Indianapolis where he manages the sales staff and customer service team. Throughout his career in Real Estate and Logistics his strengths are working through contracts and negotiating for the most favorable terms for his clients. His leadership and confidence has helped him with growing a satisfied past client base. Benjamin also helps his father and Managing Broker Doug Anderson. A married father of 2 amazing special needs children, I spend most of my free time advocating for families like ours. Living close to Eagle Creek Reservoir affords great outdoor time, and some would say I'm a borderline obsessive IU and Chicago Cubs fan. After spending 20 years in public safety working as a licensed Paramedic, and with the support of loyal friends and family, I decided a new career in Real Estate was in order. I am attention driven, service focused, and committed to exceeding the expectations of my clients.
