This was the second time I worked with Doug and Tiffany Russell, and I am so glad I got to work with them again. They helped me purchase my home in 2022 and helped me sell it in 2025. As a new homeowner, 2025 was the first time I had ever sold a home, and Doug and Tiffany made the process so easy. They staged the home beautifully, and the listing photos looked amazing. Tiffany and Doug checked in with me frequently to update me on showings and ask if there was anything else they could do for me. They gave me honest answers to tough questions, and I always felt like they genuinely cared about me. When I received an offer, they guided me through many rounds of counteroffers to help me negotiate a fair price. They also got a second estimate on repairs that the buyer requested and personally went to the house to look at the issue. I am so grateful that I got to work with Tiffany and Doug again, and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone seeking a realtor.
