Jim is a lifelong Hoosier, residing in Brownsburg, Indiana since 1965. He attended Indiana State University, graduating with a B.S. degree in Marketing & Management. A career businessman and entrepreneur, Jim gained valuable experience as the CEO of a successful regional service company for nearly 20 years, where he oversaw the the operations of 75+ employees operating in 7 states. After negotiating the successful sale of the company in 2000, Jim turned to his second passion, Real Estate Investment, and began purchasing, rehabilitating, and selling homes in Indiana and Florida.
