After showing us every house in and around the area and in and around our price point, she also introduced us to every builder in the area. She helped us secure one that was right for us. Once the building process started, she continued to be available to our family for the duration of the process. Every meeting from design to warranty and financing, she was attentive and present. When our closing was delayed, she helped to secure a reimbursement for our extended storage/hotel stay. Beyond all that, she continuously invited our family to local events in the area to ensure we really got a sense of belonging with the community. Highly recommended her completely.

Jobea made herself available to us mostly through text but was always willing to talk on the phone as well. She knew the market well, was able to guide us so we knew we were paying the appropriate amount for our purchase area. She was very professional and was at every meeting for our home, ready to answer questions and ask questions of our builder to ensure we were being taken care of properly.
