Carrie grew up in Nineveh and still resides there with her family in the Cordry Sweetwater Lakes Community. She is a graduate of Indian Creek Senior High School and Indiana University-Kelley School of Business (Indianapolis) where she obtained a business management degree. She is active in her community helping in an auxilary role with the Volunteer Fire Department and helps to organize the annual spring road clean-up. Carrie also volunteers with the Band Boosters at Indian Creek High School helping to raise money for music education.
Carrie's career has been spent in real estate. She has worked for mortgage lenders, title companies and the Indiana Department of Insurance. She has performed many functions in the process of getting a purchase transaction from the purchase agreement to closing table and, because of her career background, is able to anticipate and avert many of the common pitfalls along the way. Carrie is passionate about real estate and loves serving her clients.
Carrie's understanding of the local markets extends from Johnson, Brown and Morgan Counties all the way to the South, West and East side of Indianapolis.
Dian began her career in Real Estate in 1996 after raising 3 children with her husband Terry in Prince's Lakes.
Originally from Indianapolis she moved to Nineveh/Prince's Lakes in 1961 attending Nineveh High School and graduating from Indian Creek High School after they consolidated.
The transition to selling Real Estate was an easy one and she quickly became a 'Lake area Specialist' with her knowledge of all the different lakes in the Johnson/Brown County area.
Having hired on to the Franklin branch of Carpenter Realtors in 1996 she became the Manager of that office in 2000. After six years of Managing she went back into sales. She covers a broad range of property types and areas from farm ground and vacant lots to residential, duplex, HUD, REO, short sales, Relocations, new builds, investment and some small commercial properties.

Dian was wonderful to work with.I feel like I gained a new dear friend .
Dian was the perfect agent for me,she has a lot of history with the area and was knowledgeable with my lakes backround.In addition to the fact that she kept me updated on showings I am not a person that carries my phone with me at all times and she was always on top of communication.

Carrie is very sweet and accommodating
Carrie is very sweet and accommodating. She was always available to answer all our questions. She went above and beyond by giving us two different evaluations on our house in the five years leading up to our decision to finally list and then it sold in less than 48 hours! Way to go Carrie!
