She was very much on top of things. Very responsive. Would definitely choose her again to be my realtor.

Highly recommend Laura!

Incredibly nice to work with! Very helpful at every step!

We had such a wonderful experience working with Marcella as first-time homebuyers! She was incredibly thorough, patient, and always willing to answer all of our questions, no matter how small. What we appreciated most was how she supported us without ever making us feel pressured. She gave us advice when we asked for it, but always respected our decisions and trusted us to make the choices that were right for us. She really allowed us to learn the ropes of buying a home and making offers while helping us understand what made sense for our situation. We didn’t get every offer we put in, but we were completely okay with that because we knew our boundaries and what we were comfortable with. She did an amazing job of helping us stick to those boundaries and never pushed us to go beyond what we felt was right. Buying our first home could have been overwhelming, but having someone who was knowledgeable, supportive, and genuinely had our best interests in mind made such a difference. We are so grateful for all of her help and would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home, especially other first-time homebuyers!

Doug has always been extremely helpful in my home buying process. He’s always available, punctual, and on top of things. Doug is very easy to work with and is really out to help you find a home and not just a sale.

She was great! We followed her guidance and she got us the price we needed.

I reached out to Tracy very early, when thoughts of selling were on the horizon. She kept in contact for months and became very knowledgeable about the locale. Then when the time was right I needed it sold immediately. Tracy got it on the market quickly and did wide spread advertising. A buyer was found in 2 days. She kept in contact with me and the buyer's agent. All the paperwork kept rolling. I was able to close on the house at full value in an incredibly short amount of time.

You should punch your realtor in the face and go find Mandy LaVullis! Once again Mandy has done her magic! Helped us find our new home and we couldn’t be happier. This is the second house we’ve bought with her, and she has made the process a breeze each time. Moral of the story is, if you’re not using Mandy already then you’ve messed up and need to reevaluate your choices.

Derrin, has been great for both buying and selling we moved from out of state and she took care of us, as well on the flip side moved out of state and she was very helpful!

Derrin was a great help in finding our new home. Will definitely recommend her to our friends. Thank you so much for all your help in this endeavor.

Thorough, professional, attention to detail. Communicated every step of the way. And above all the great professional qualities, Deb and Dave were genuinely interested in us and our happiness. I would now consider them friends.

I worked with Dave and his partner, Deb, to sell our home and honestly couldn’t be more impressed. They were thoughtful, kind, super thorough, and very professional the whole way through. You can tell he really knows what he’s doing—everything felt organized, smooth, and well handled .

Can’t speak for all of Carpenter Realtors, but I can say that Deb Flowers is the bomb diggity! What she did for us in home search was nothing short of incredible. The care, concern and commitment she showed was beyond words. And she also helped us navigate the emotional side and put us at ease through the entire process. We had a lot of challenges to work through and Deb was on top of every single one.
