We had such a wonderful experience working with Marcella as first-time homebuyers! She was incredibly thorough, patient, and always willing to answer all of our questions, no matter how small. What we appreciated most was how she supported us without ever making us feel pressured. She gave us advice when we asked for it, but always respected our decisions and trusted us to make the choices that were right for us. She really allowed us to learn the ropes of buying a home and making offers while helping us understand what made sense for our situation. We didn’t get every offer we put in, but we were completely okay with that because we knew our boundaries and what we were comfortable with. She did an amazing job of helping us stick to those boundaries and never pushed us to go beyond what we felt was right. Buying our first home could have been overwhelming, but having someone who was knowledgeable, supportive, and genuinely had our best interests in mind made such a difference. We are so grateful for all of her help and would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home, especially other first-time homebuyers!
