Hi! My name is Angie Esser and I work with Carpenter Realtors. My office is in Monrovia, but I work with people all over Central Indiana, assisting people to buy and sell their homes. Although I’ve only been a realtor a short time, I’ve facilitated several transactions helping people get to where they need to go. What I lack in personal experience, I make up for in enthusiasm and determination! The greatest praise I’ve ever received from a client was, “you really took care of us.” Taking care of people drives everything I do! Maybe it’s the mom in me, but I am a bulldog for my clients and work very hard to protect them and look out for their best interests. Kim is a lifelong resident of Morgan County. After graduating from Monrovia High School, she attended Ivy Tech Community College. Her highly successful real estate career started in 1987 and continues today. She has received numerous awards throughout the years including Listing & Sales Leader of the Year, Bud Tucker Community Service Award, Indiana REALTOR® of the Year, and more. Through her affiliation with MIBOR, Kim has served as Chair, Secretary/Treasurer, and as a member of the MIBOR Foundation, additionally serving on numerous committees for charities and fundraising events over time. She jointly managed the Carpenter Realtors Mooresville office from 2001 to 2003, then opened the Carpenter Realtors Monrovia Office and managed it for several years. Kim enjoys giving back to others by working with local charities and activities, including her charter membership in the Monrovia Lions Club. She and her late husband, Dick, have a combined total of 5 children and a whole gaggle of grandchildren, with whom Kim spends as much time as possible. People are routinely drawn to Kim's caring nature, the same quality of character displayed in her dedication to personal and friendly service for clients. She is now serving the 3rd and 4th generations of life-long clients, firmly believing the finest compliment a real estate agent can receive is a referral from friends and family! Sara joined Carpenter Realtors in 2016 and joined forces with Carpenter's highly successful and experienced Heald Team in 2017. With her strength in character and attention to detail, Sara prides herself on providing quality service to her clientele. Her favorite remark made from a client is, "We're glad we have someone to work with that we can trust." From eastern Washington State originally, Sara got into riding and showing horses at age 11 when her family lived in Texas. Moving to Indiana and graduating from Owen Valley High School, Sara has lived everywhere ranging from country property with animals to subdivisions in town. Her multiple moves across country and within Indiana help give her perspective and empathy for what her clients are experiencing. Sara graduated from Indiana University in 1999 with a Bachelor's degree in Geography. She has worked for the Indiana Department of Environmental Management doing stream water quality testing, the Indiana Department of Transportation writing environmental documents, County Saddlery as a sales person and saddle fitter in the equine industry, and now for you as your dedicated REALTOR®.

Originally from the small town of Paris, Illinois, Savanah made her way east to Indianapolis in 2015 when she met the love of her life. Trying to find her place in unfamiliar territory, she eventually stumbled into real estate where she met many wonderful people and discovered a passion for helping that has only grown with time. Partnering with two other agents to form the Vision Home Group, the three have received multiple office awards for top sales and listing leaders over the years. Savanah has been a part of the Carpenter family for 5 years, but she isn’t just passionate about helping families find their next home. In her free time, she enjoys reading, writing, and when given the opportunity, can be found attending a renaissance fair or two. With a loving husband, two beautiful daughters and three rambunctious dogs, she knows how easy it is to get overwhelmed with basic day to day tasks. That’s why she gives it her all to ensure every transaction is as smooth as possible from start to finish.
