Christie has been both supportive and extremely helpful in this whole process! Clear communication, time responses, a wealth of knowledge, and great people skills! Will recommend her to all of my friends!

Chloe is kind, knowledgeable, respectful and down to earth. She made this process for me extremely calming knowing my challenges assuring me every step had its purpose.

I couldn't have asked for a better agent than Mary Hampton. She made the whole selling experience easier than I had anticipated and walked me through anything I had questions on or needed help with. Carpenter Realtors would be my first recommendation to anyone looking for a realtor.

When our congregation found itself threatened with being evicted as part of an estate dispute including the building we were renting, we were in a hard place. We decided to see if we could purchase the building even though it was not listed for sale yet. We turned to Bob who had assisted us tin the sale of our former building a few years ago. Bob was able to reach out to the estate and help us negotiate a purchase. He was able to help us quickly come to agreement with the estate and kept us informed throughout the process.

Alicia Pender went above and beyond for us. She's very understanding and knows what she's doing. Really, if there were more people like her in any business or in this world for that matter....the world would be a better place. We would recommend her to anyone and will. She deserves a raise!!!
