Sara did everything I asked of her and more! She worked with my budget, never pushing me towards anything and guiding me to areas that were on both ends of my spectrum. Even when my communication was not the best or when I was constantly asking questions, she never made it an issue either way. Her extensive knowledge of the Indianapolis area, the VA home loan procedures as well as her contacts throughout the region made buying a home as easy as it can be. I started looking at places in March of 2026 and we did not close until Sept of 2026, so she spent 6 months working for me showing true dedication. She is a woman of integrity, class and grace. I will never use another realtor if I can help it!

Pete was great to work with throughout the process. He was incredibly responsive, and I always felt like I could reach out when something came up and get an answer quickly. We had quite a few questions and more than a couple unexpected things come up, and he was always willing to talk through them with us and explain what was happening. He also had a lot of knowledge about the market, which was very helpful when we were trying to make decisions and understand how different situations might affect us. We appreciated that he gave us his perspective and advice while encouraging us to ultimately make our own decision. The process can get overwhelming pretty easily when things don't go exactly as planned, but he was great at helping us work through those situations. We really appreciated having someone who was so responsive, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to throughout the process. We would definitely work with Pete again!

Laura was just excellent. We were initially just wanting to look at the possibility of selling our home and buying a new one and Laura met with us and spent time explaining everything while not being pushy at all. She listened to what we were wanting and is actually the one who found our new house! She was incredible at communicating - always willing to take a call if we needed and answering our questions and concerns quickly. We had a variety of things come up in the buying/selling process and Laura was kind, compassionate, helpful, and knowledgeable through it all.
