We had the opportunity to move abroad very unexpectedly - Jennifer helped us sell our house (that I wasn't quite ready to part with, nor had we finished upgrading) during a very stressful time! In the end, the sale went exactly as we needed it to go, we got to stay in our house up until the move and we very much appreciated all of the hard work it took to pull it off!

Jennifer is always so helpful in getting it done. We , as a family, have had her sell and help purchase multiple homes for us over the years!

We were buying a very outdated brick structure with a few acres of watershed. Jennifer has been very quickly communicating. The combination of her great market knowledge and negotiation skills we were able to significantly lower the purchase price,it equals high level of professionalizm.

Sara isn’t afraid of a challenge and always gets the job done! We had about six weeks to sell our home, which was in a challenging location next to a large commercial construction site. Sara developed a great plan to get our home in front of as many prospective buyers as possible. Thanks to her efforts, we had several showings, two open houses, and ultimately two offers to choose from. She’s a great communicator who genuinely cares about her clients. We couldn’t be happier with our experience and highly recommend Sara!

He was as quick as he could be when we had questions or concerns

My wife and I are first time homebuyers. Going into the process we had questions fears and more unknowns than either of us have ever experienced in our lives to date. The only thing that I knew for certain was that we needed someone who was gonna be in our corner with our best interests at heart. Sara was an answered prayer. She fought for us, she kept the ball rolling, anytime there was a delay or a discrepancy we could text her or call her and within minutes we had an answer or she was on top of it, figuring it out for us. We love her and are so grateful for everything she’s done for us❤️

She was quick to answer any questions we had. She went above and beyond to help in any way she could.

Great communication and help through the entire process. As a first time home buyer I had a lot of questions but Stephanie was able to assist with any needs and made the process stress free and easy!

Stephanie Lee is an amazing agent , i will recommend her and or use her again .definitely an asset to your company .

Really went the extra to get the deal done for us. Very professional.

April make sure she communicated all information to us, and answered all our questions. We had an odd closing, as we had to make last minute adjustments, but April really looked out for us, and gave us great counsel as what we should do, and what we could do. It was great working with her, and would definitely use her again if anything comes up!
