Sara isn’t afraid of a challenge and always gets the job done! We had about six weeks to sell our home, which was in a challenging location next to a large commercial construction site. Sara developed a great plan to get our home in front of as many prospective buyers as possible. Thanks to her efforts, we had several showings, two open houses, and ultimately two offers to choose from. She’s a great communicator who genuinely cares about her clients. Her commission is reasonable, her sale predictions are quite realistic and relatable.She is patient, pays attention to details and makes selling a house not so overwhelming. She doesn’t treat it like another sale, shes involved in the entire process even to the tiny details and is helpful to making Sale closing a smooth and easy one. Ill call her over and over again if i had a house to sell.

We had the opportunity to move abroad very unexpectedly - Jennifer helped us sell our house (that I wasn't quite ready to part with, nor had we finished upgrading) during a very stressful time! In the end, the sale went exactly as we needed it to go, we got to stay in our house up until the move and we very much appreciated all of the hard work it took to pull it off!
