About Jim

Jim is a lifelong Hoosier, residing in Brownsburg, Indiana since 1965. He attended Indiana State University, graduating with a B.S. degree in Marketing & Management. A career businessman and entrepreneur, Jim gained valuable experience as the CEO of a successful regional service company for nearly 20 years, where he oversaw the the operations of 75+ employees operating in 7 states. After negotiating the successful sale of the company in 2000, Jim turned to his second passion, Real Estate Investment, and began purchasing, rehabilitating, and selling homes in Indiana and Florida. This experience, as well as serving as a Board Member for multiple Home Owner Associations, brings Jim a unique and well-rounded perspective to the Real Estate Sales process. He is constantly striving to improve and streamline the experience for his customers, whether they are veteran investors, or first-time home buyers. Jim's mission is to use his wide-ranging business experience to safeguard the interests of his clientele, and he is happy to provide testimonials from any of his current or former customers. Jim is has been married to his wife Penny for over 30 years, and enjoys family time with 5 sons/grandsons. His hobbies include traveling, golf, spectator sports, and flying general aviation aircraft. He has served as a volunteer board member for several local organizations, as well as a small business mentor.
