Full disclosure we’ve known Deb for many years. That said she was incredibly helpful, thoughtful, and professional. I always felt like we were the priority for her even when I can imagine how busy she really is. She offered insight and feedback and was not afraid to tell us things we may not necessarily want to hear. Although I haven’t had a lot of experience with realtors Deb will be my first call in the future. I cannot recommend her enough.

Deb and Dave were both so supportive through the entire process of selling the house. They made it as easy for us as possible while being upfront and honest about expectations.

After the death of my husband who I had seen through terrible Alzheimer’s disease, I turned 85 years old and decided to quit driving. I decided to have my son and his family take over. That is when he suggested an extremely knowledgeable agent with Carpenter’s Realty to assist in choosing a home near him. Reva was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the area and took my son around to look at available properties near him. The result is that I now have a beautiful home in a very nice neighborhood. Not too far from his family. My oldest daughter has even found a job here and can live with me.

We specifically hired Doug because of his marketing of another home in our sub division. He was especially knowledgeable about the market in our area. He was a complete professional and straightforward with us.
