I have over 35-years of commercial and residential real estate experience and a Masters degree in Business Administration, a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting, and I am a Certified Management Accountant. I was the Founder and Managing Broker for Quorum Realty Group for 15-years. In April 2024, we moved Quorum Realty Group into Highgarden Real Estate and rebranded as Tinsley Realty. I love to spend time with my family including my wife, Brenda, and our 4 adult daughters and their families. My hobbies include traveling and camping especially to the Rocky Mountains in Colorado.

I have been a part of Real Estate since 1996 and am proud to be a member of the Tinsley Realty team at Highgarden Real Estate. Frank Tinsley (my partner in life and Real Estate) and I work together on all deals; so you receive two experts for the price of one! We've owned, renovated and sold more than 60 investment properties, owned our own brokerage for 16 years and have helped buyers, sellers and investors all over the state of Indiana. Our main focus areas are the fourteen Central Indiana counties, and we'll exceed $100 million in gross sales this year! With my certification in Real Estate Property Management, along with my extensive experience working with buyers, sellers and investors, I have the necessary skills to service my clients with exceptional expertise, passion and a true partnership to find them the best property at the best price to meet their unique needs. I can also tap into Frank's extensive knowledge and expertise with him having been the a CFO of a Major Commercial Real Estate Developer (22 years); and the COO for a wealth-management firm (9 years); while also being an expert in Residential Real Estate for over 35 years. On a personal level, Brenda and Frank Tinsley have been married for more than 39 years. They have four daughters (four son-in-laws), seven grandchildren (with #8 incoming) and two dogs. Together, they love Real Estate, traveling the roads and looking at all types of houses from 800 sq ft bungalows, to 1800s farm homes, mid-century modern; traditional american, craftsman, and everything in between. Our favorite past-time is our love for spending time with our extensive family, traveling, the outdoors swimming, hiking, and our true passion for helping others. Brenda graduated from Ball State University with Bachelors in Administration; majoring in Finance and Real Estate Property Management where she received her PM Certification. Jennifer began her real estate career as a Marketing Assistant for Quorum Realty Group in the beginning of 2018. After working as the Marketing Assistant, she realized she had a passion for the real estate industry and loves helping people buy and sell their homes. In the Fall of 2018, Jennifer obtained her real estate license. She really enjoys being involved in every step of each transaction from start to finish. She has three children, Emily, Autumn and Henry, is married to her husband Zach. Jennifer’s passion for real estate and for her clients makes her an exceptional agent to represent both buyers and sellers. She also loves to travel with family and spend her spare time working on art, photography, and working with children.

Prior to his career in Real Estate, Dean has worked in the Supply Chain & Distribution Industry for 15 years as a General Manager. With his extensive background in Business Management, Dean brings a strong skillset to the Real Estate Industry. His real estate experience includes investments, relationships with other successful agents in the industry, and personal experiences with buying/selling. Dean’s strategic planning, attention to detail, relationship-building, and strong desire to drive results are an asset to his clients. Dean graduated from Indiana University in 2006 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Management. He and his wife Maria have two daughters – Camilla and Colette. Dean enjoys traveling, spending time with his family, DIY projects, and coaching football at Roncalli High School.
