I start with I saw Lydia in action with my nephew's purchase of my late mother's house and was very...IDK the word... impressed yes but joyful is the word that comes out first. She was absolutely joyful and sincerely happy for my nephew and us. As far as my house...this was not an easy task for Lydia I had been wanting to sell but procrastinating for so long another realtor gave up on me. I am not young and am taking care of a partially disabled spouse as well as a house and property way too big for me to take care of by myself so it was not in the best of conditions. But Lydia stepped in, rolled up her sleeves, and said "let's get this done" She did not play, she told me what I needed to do to get top dollar THEN OFFERRED TO HELP ME!!!! If not herself she had resources she made sure got with me. She made sure I got paperwork done by knowing I do not keep up on Email so I would get these.... "Kim, you need to check your email today..." notices.... She made sure to be there when we met with the Lennar people to make sure we understood what we needed to do. And she fought to get us into a house without a mortgage even though she had to redo miles of paperwork each time before it finally got done. Truthfully I am a better person knowing her and am blessed in what she did for us.

Lydia understood what we liked after going out a couple of times. She listened to what was important to us and the price range we were comfortable with. She found the perfect home for us!

Lydia was very familiar with the market in my neighborhood and the asking price for my home was right on target. Lydia was very professional while while showing my home to various customers. Her knowledge resulted in a quick sale which was very accommodating to both the buyer and the seller. I would not hesitate using her skills if I ever decided to sell my current home and I have given Lydia’s name to other potential sellers that I know.
