Chris and Shari stepped in as full partners with us as we bought our new home and sold our old one. They were constantly in contact with us, offering guidance about what add ons to buy as we built our new house, coming to our home inspections and giving feedback, and providing moral support. Throughout the selling process, they guided us as we navigated multiple offers and Chris even helped us fix some simple items from our inspection! We couldn't ask for better people to work with.

Chris is an expert in the local real estate market. He also communicates with a blend of warmth, humor, humility, patience, and wisdom, and he manages the sales-and-purchase process in a steady and assured manner. He has developed a network of skilled and reliable contractors, too, so he knows whom to call to repair and upgrade a home. In addition, Chris is a capable handyman in his own right. He installed several fixtures in our home and thereby kept our expenses down and streamlined the time to list our property. Because he understands many aspects of a home’s design and functions, he is also adept at gauging where to invest in renovations before and during escrow. Shari provided advice about design decisions early in the listing process, which proved to be helpful, too. We were grateful to have such a talented and thoughtful team in Chris and Shari!
