He used a variety of smart, effective strategies that resulted in a successful listing, accepted offer, inspections, and closing—all within just short timeline! His level of communication was absolutely perfect: always clear, timely, and reassuring. Erik was highly sensitive to our needs while also being very transparent about what was required to sell our home quickly and successfully. Beyond the sale itself, he went above and beyond by helping us plan our move, recommending excellent packers and cleaners, and even guiding us as we plan our future purchase in a new city. Erik did the best job I could ask for in helping us through the home search buying process. Erik is one of the most friendly, trustworthy, and professional person I've ever met and worked with. To this day, we've bought and sold 4 homes together, with one more coming up. As a buyer's agent, he works day and night (sometimes too much) to make sure you're well protected and satisfied with the home you're buying. He told me things I didn't think about; shared his insights and opinions, all without being pushy and trying to get me to buy the house, so I never felt pressured in the process. As a seller's agent, he has been phenomenal from the moment I decided to list the house all up until closing and post-closing. He helped coordinate repairs, cleaning (performed the cleaning himself, at 11 PM), picture, staging, negotiation, open-house, etc., even where I was out of the country for weeks. At some points, it felt like he's selling his own house from all the work and effort he puts into it, and that was really assuring for me. If you're looking for an honest, knowledgeable, insightful, and professional realtor, Erik is your person!

Summer Hudson was professional, responsive, and communication was consistent and regular. She helped us get the property on the market quickly, and we appreciated her patience and guidance through the process. There are usually many moving pieces and it can feel overwhelming and confusing at times, it was evident that she was prepared for any questions we had and/or knowing where to find the correct resources for us to follow. Looking back, I think there may have been a disconnect between our expectations and what was realistic in the current market- not an uncommon occurence and not sure how anyone can remedy it, other than maybe watching less HGTV. We were hoping for a bit more information regarding pricing strategy that would maximize the sale price, even if it meant waiting a little longer for the offer. Instead, our home sold fairly quickly, which was certainly one of our primary goals, but we ultimately feel as if we settled with walking away with less than we'd hoped. That said, Summer was always courteous, a very down-to-earth professional, and fun/easy to work with. Her "love" of our Bates-Hendricks neighborhood as well as each property that she promotes is genuine and I think helped in personalizing our experience. Selling a home involves so many factors that are often outside anyone's control, and we totally appreciate all of the work she put into helping us close the sale. I started followed her on IG (findalottolove) for a good while before reaching out, and was immediately sold once we met in person. I'd recommend her to anyone looking for an experienced realtor, especially if they're looking for someone who knows how to move a property efficiently.
