Barb is extremely responsive and there are times I’ve had to reach out on weekends or nonbusiness hours and she is always happy to help which makes me feel reassured.
Three years ago my husband and I called Callie to appraise our home and give suggestions to help sell in the future. She knew we weren't ready to sell at that time but she also knew selling was on our minds. We started the process of doing what she suggested when my husband passed unexpectedly. Since his passing I kept up on working on her suggestions little by little. This spring I called Callie and said I was ready to sell. She came over with a new appraisale, looked the house over and was very impressed with the improvements that were done and gave me a few more suggestions. Callie was very considerate of what I was going through after the passing of my husband. I had been in our home 46 years with many memories of the life we had built. She walked me through the whole process and the transition from before it went on the market, the day it went on the market, to the closing, and a few questions I had after the closing. I was always informed on every step of the process. She was also interested in the place and area I was moving to. She treated me as a person, not as a sale and definitely not a pushy realtor. I trusted her 100% plus and would recommend Callie to anyone.

I remember meeting Katie years ago when I just started as a personal banker and Katie was getting started in her awesome real estate career. She was so sweet and always kept me calm. We were moving from another state and the sale had it's ups and down's but Katie put us both at ease. Always there when I had questions and she helped us in so many ways that I can't even express it. She is the best at what she does and truly a beautiful person. All of her qualities make her the best at what she does! I definitely reccomend Katie for sure!!!!
