After using one agent for the sale of my house and a second, for the purchase of another, I was VERY disappointed. I knew Shannon was an agent, and since I had heard she was excellent, I decided to have her help me sell my home. I was NOT using either of my prior agents again. Assorted problems with both. The second was better, but still not what I needed. I was not disappointed in my choice of Shannon. She helped me understand the "current market", and "how and why" my price would allow "movement" and sell quickly with a good profit. She actually went to the house and removed things that needed to be removed and got it ready for photographs. I needed some extra help, due to my age and health. I also found out that she works exceptional well with "seniors", like me, who are alone. She kept me on target to secure my loan, brought up strong and weak points of the property I was considering/purchased and walked alongside me through the whole purchase process.
