Mary is kind, considerate, knowledgable, and just a great person. She will go out of her way to get your house sold. We had moved out of state and had no idea it had been heavily raining by the house listed with Mary. The next day, she actually drove to our house to make sure everything was ok. Before we listed the house, Mary helped us prioritize our "to do" list that we made to get ready to sell. She was spot on! Our house sold in 12 hours with a much higher offer than list price.
