Working with Jorge Escudero was an outstanding experience from start to finish. This was our second multifamily property purchase, and despite having gone through the process before, this transaction presented several unique challenges. We were purchasing a fully occupied 4-unit building in Oak Park and faced appraisal issues, village inspection requirements, seller negotiations, lender concerns, and an extremely tight timeline before my family left for a month-long trip to Europe.
