Very helpful and knowledgeable about the loan process, very knowledgeable on what should be repaired or will need repairs as well. Jorge is a very well connected person, if anything in the house needs to be repaired he knows someone that can do it! My wife and I were first time home buyers and had a lot of questions/concerns but Jorge made it easy by being able to explain to us what to expect as well as solutions to any obstacles we ran into.
