Andrea knows the market in our area so well and is an excellent communicator. She kept me on target to secure my loan, brought up strong and weak points of the property I was considering/purchased and walked alongside me through the whole purchase process. She cares about her clients and wants them to find the best fit for whatever season of life they are in. I also appreciated her vast number of resources she shared with me to address any problem with the property that needed resolution. She’s a 10 out of 10 rating, in my book!

She took care of the entire process from start to finish and was accessible throughput the entire time.

She was prompt in returning phone calls.Addresses issues concerning the preparation of the sale of the home, but we were disappointed in that we specified for the other realtors to know that the home is sold as is, that we will not be doing any other things to the home. That was not communicated as she said that she would do. In the outcome because of the neglect to do so. We lost money that we should not have. Honestly is everything.

Andrea was kind, considerate, and patient.She was persistent and diligent. We felt like she became a friend. She made things happen and was amazing. I was overjoyed and pleased with the final outcome without her I wouldn’t be in my dream home in the mountains of PA. Awesome friend and realtor. If you want the job done Andrea is your lady.

After I let Andrea know what I wanted, she kept on top of searching high and low until she found the perfect place for me! I absolutely love it!
