She took care of the entire process from start to finish and was accessible throughput the entire time.

She was prompt in returning phone calls.Addresses issues concerning the preparation of the sale of the home, but we were disappointed in that we specified for the other realtors to know that the home is sold as is, that we will not be doing any other things to the home. That was not communicated as she said that she would do. In the outcome because of the neglect to do so. We lost money that we should not have. Honestly is everything.

Andrea was kind, considerate, and patient.She was persistent and diligent. We felt like she became a friend. She made things happen and was amazing.
