Kari’s heart and soul is in this. she puts everything into it. her response time is insane! she communicates and explains everything in a way i understand. if she doesn’t know- she’s finding out! she went on her honeymoon to Japan and it was like she never left. she would meet us at 15 properties in blazing heat. before closing we both were either at work or getting ready for work. the lender was short one week of statements he needed to finish closing and she drove from Granite City to Alton speeding down the highway. called Dre’s bank herself! she is amazing. omg she has a guy for everything! our exhaust fan is already up! our ceiling fan is in! she gets it done. she’s a SOLUTIONIST. she doesn’t focus on problems. we LOVE Kari!!!!

Lisa was excellent at identifying properties I would be interested in and was an enormous help to me in purchasing my new home. Her advice and insights in regards to home buying were key to finding a home I was happy with. She kept me appraised of potential issues with the homes I was interested in and enabled me to make informed choices as we negotiated prices, inspections, etc. Lisa was also patient and understanding as I tackled hurdles with selling my old home. This wants me to describe our agent Amy. Well there is no words that can describe how outstanding of an agent she is. You would have to experience it yourself. Amy was on top of everything. She listens to everything little detail you tell her of what you’re looking for in a house. When walking through the houses she is very honest and educated about everything little detail. I asked Amy several times for her honest opinion. With no hesitation she gives her honest opinion. When we finally found the one she negotiated her butt off. She did not back down. We got the house all with her professionalism. Not only was she an amazing agent she was an elementary friend. My dad was our first basketball couch in 5th grade. Amy had always been this amazing person to know. She loves her work and she really does show you that she does. You want someone that is understanding, honest, fun, well educated then give Amy a shout out because you will not regret your experience with her.
