Kari’s heart and soul is in this. she puts everything into it. her response time is insane! she communicates and explains everything in a way i understand. if she doesn’t know- she’s finding out! she went on her honeymoon to Japan and it was like she never left. she would meet us at 15 properties in blazing heat. before closing we both were either at work or getting ready for work. the lender was short one week of statements he needed to finish closing and she drove from Granite City to Alton speeding down the highway. called Dre’s bank herself! she is amazing. omg she has a guy for everything! our exhaust fan is already up! our ceiling fan is in! she gets it done. she’s a SOLUTIONIST. she doesn’t focus on problems. we LOVE Kari!!!!
