She was excellent at communicating what she needed and what we needed to do and was easily able to explain anything we didn't understand. She was always quick to respond when we had questions regardless of the time. Susan went through great effort to make sure we were able to close on time when we ran into some issues with our lending company. I would greatly recommend her to anyone who is looking to purchase a home or property. We couldn't be happier with all that she did to make our first home buying experience a success.
