Max has Benin the business for a very long time and it showed in terms of his *calm* professionalism (the closing process was a nightmare for reasons I won't go into but I deliberately did not attend the closing in case I did something rash). He was a low key communicator who always guided me courteously to the correct decision, particularly at the beginning of the selling process, when I was not getting any visits to the website, much less any showings. And I really appreciated that, because not only did he have to negociate with other realtors and their clients, but he also had to negóciate with me as well.

Diane was personable- we never felt rushed with her. She toured the house, along with a few others, and suggested a sales price higher than the other realtors. She also suggested a few minor improvements that would provide 2 to 3 times the investment as a return.
