Max has Benin the business for a very long time and it showed in terms of his *calm* professionalism (the closing process was a nightmare for reasons I won't go into but I deliberately did not attend the closing in case I did something rash). He was a low key communicator who always guided me courteously to the correct decision, particularly at the beginning of the selling process, when I was not getting any visits to the website, much less any showings. And I really appreciated that, because not only did he have to negociate with other realtors and their clients, but he also had to negóciate with me as well.

Diane was personable- we never felt rushed with her. She toured the house, along with a few others, and suggested a sales price higher than the other realtors. She also suggested a few minor improvements that would provide 2 to 3 times the investment as a return. We listed with her, took her advice, and received a full price offer within a few weeks of the listing going live. We were very satisfied. She is very driven for her customer's sucess!

Diane really knows the Champaign Urbana area well and led us to some very good opportunities for our new home.
