Joei & Lonnie are real estate professionals! Within a few days our property was sold for over the asking price, they were available 24/7 with all of our questions, and they worked diligently with our HOA and all parties involved to secure the paperwork which made the transaction seamless. As a result of our positive experience our neighbors used them and their property was also sold within days. If the need time came again to sell another property, we would only call them.
