As far as Going Out looking at properties, sending videos and telling me everything that the apartment. Excuse me, everything that the condo had going for it. I'm not going for it. Nearly 3 years ago I contracted Phil as a buyer's agent and he did a superb job. So superb, in fact, that I contracted him this year as a seller's agent. In my experience, contracting a real estate agent more than once creates a lazy real estate agent. They feel now that they have your confidence, they can slack off, seemingly oblivious that there is an endless supply of real estate agents on Earth. I generally don't like real estate agents. That axiom proved untrue with Phil. Given frustrating constraints in selling my home, he navigated challenges perfectly and persisted until the sale was complete. He's a true treasure in the industry, and I cannot recommend him enough to handle either your sale or purchase.
