We worked with Marc to find a condo for us in the Delray Beach area of Florida. He was attentive, honest, knowledgable and easy to work with. We were out of the country at the time of our search, but Marc was able to do the legwork for us and keep us in the loop by using Facetime. We would recommend him for anybody buying or selling a property in Florida.

My Mom passed away and I had to deal with the sale of her condominium. Marc’s insights into the marketplace were spot on as we sold the property for asking price within a relatively short amount of time. I live in the northeast and relied heavily on Marc’s contacts in preparing the property and responding to the Buyer’s requirements. Marc was an incredible asset and gave lots of effort in obtaining our goal. I recommend Marc without reservation.

Marc is a dedicated professional who provides both market perspective and hand holding advise. For the out-of-town buyer or seller, Marc keeps you well informed interfacing on your behalf with the local aspect of the transaction. Moreover, he goes well beyond realtor scope by giving you guidance on third party services to address property level issues, so the deal proceeds without hiccup. It's a value-add proposition when you engage Marc as your relator.

We were looking for a proactive team that was going sell our property swiftly - but for the right price. Noreen and Amy were that team. They are incredible communicative, flexible and proactive. They do not sit around and hope your property sells. They invest time, funds and aren't afraid to try new things to get some momentum going. We couldn't be happier.

Amy, Noreen and Paige are my go to real estate broker. This is the 3rd transaction completed with them. They know how to sell homes with any market conditions. They are fantastic on the buyer side as well. The communication is top notch. They handle all the small details. A very well run shop. I highly recommend.

The experience that we had, and continue to have with this team has been nothing short of excellent and amazing. Our decision to move to Florida from Ocean City, Maryland came quickly. Through a friend, we were connected to Lang Realty and the AmyandNoreen Team. Enter - Amy with a quick intro to the team over the phone. Amy and Noreen listened to our story, especially our needs, and within two weeks Noreen presented more than 50 homes for us to view virtually; we chose 11 to tour in person over 4 days, narrowed down to two, and selected one. We made an offer which was accepted very quickly. The professionalism, communication, efficiency, and attention to detail were impeccable throughout the process. We are now post closing, and this team is still there for us as we navigate our way to Florida. Although there is much to do, this group took the stress out of our long distance transaction. Nothing we asked was too much for them. Big shout out to Paige who has and continues to take care of post transaction purchase details. This team is top notch and we highly recommend them for your South Florida real estate needs! Ben and Alma Seidel

If you’ve ever wondered what it looks like when a realtor actually earns their commission, hire Allyson Sullivan. When negotiations got tricky, Allyson went to work like it was her own money on the line — and somehow came out the other side with a deal that made me look like a genius. I did nothing. She did everything. I’m taking half the credit anyway. Always responsive, always available and always ready to throw a creative solution at any stubborn deal. Thanks Allyson!

I would highly recommend Allyson to anyone looking to buy or sell a home, Her knowledge, dedication and attention to detail really stood out and helped us secure a good offer in just a few short days. the whole process was seamless and she really took the stress out of selling a home and made it easy.

Allyson was highly recommended by friends and we concur in our successful sale. She delivered a detailed analysis of comps and a very clever approach of upgrading curb appeal by accent exterior repainting and staging with a classic car in the driveway. She has deep local realtor Success and is fully engaged and friendly for a quick sale and smooth transaction.
