We moved to the area from out of state to be close to family. We were only partially familiar with the area, and we began our house hunting process from far away. Amy and Noreen exceeded our expectations in helping us to find listings. They walked through properties, took videos and shared them with us via email as virtual walkthroughs. When we traveled down to look at properties, they set up a nice selection to walk through. Both Amy and Noreen were responsive, responding to text messages and emails promptly - often well within the hour. We highly recommend Amy and Noreen.

Amy and Noreen, put our house on the MLS on July 23rd later in the day. They held an open house on the 25th and we had a cash offer that night. We closed on the house on August 21st. I can't tell you how happy we are, it was a fast transaction. Their team is awesome they cover everything, and the communication is bar none. We plan on using them again in the future.
