My wife and I met Maria just by chance, but knew right away she was the realtor for us. She laid out realistic goals and guided us all the way thru the process of closing of our condo in about 6 weeks! She obviously has a very large network of other realtors to work with. She was straight forward with us on what to expect and what we needed to do for her to best show the condo and in our opinion she was spot on! She is attentive, meticulous, quick to act, resourceful, and communicative. From the moment my home was put on the market, she scheduled open houses every weekend, had showings throughout the week, and made sure that anyone in the area who was interested in buying a home knew mine was ready for them to see. Anytime there was interest shown, she would communicate with me and tell me everything that was going on and if there was any feedback. I had full peace of mind throughout what would normally be a stressful process. If she ever quits being an agent, she should open up a training school for agents because she is the masterclass of how I would expect any agent to conduct themselves.
