Nearly 3 years ago I contracted Phil as a buyer's agent and he did a superb job. So superb, in fact, that I contracted him this year as a seller's agent. In my experience, contracting a real estate agent more than once creates a lazy real estate agent. They feel now that they have your confidence, they can slack off, seemingly oblivious that there is an endless supply of real estate agents on Earth. I generally don't like real estate agents. That axiom proved untrue with Phil. Given frustrating constraints in selling my home, he navigated challenges perfectly and persisted until the sale was complete.
