We were purchasing from out of state, and Phillip went to all the houses we were interested in and did a video walk through with personalized commentary for each house! It made a huge difference and helped us to make a more informed decision. Phillip worked tirelessly to move everything along to get and close on our 1st pick house. He helped us get insurance quotes on time and even helped us find roofers. I’m sure with the 3 hour time difference there were times when we were communicating well outside a normal work day. Homeownership is usually a long-term plan. Fond memories of family and friends abode there. However, a tragic event can alter that course. I lost my wife to cancer on August 30th, 2020, and without her… Remaining in the house, that was once my home, was an emotionally difficult prospect. NewDay USA rep - Lindsay - highly recommended Philip to my brother, Victor; a Federal Police Officer/Dept of Veterans Affairs. Philip help Vic find the house of his dreams. Though I’m not a VET like my brother, he felt Philip would be a great realtor for me - I would later understand why. I met several realtors in my search for representation and I would be remiss if I did not mention Stacie and Laura respectively. They were considerate, informed, and professional. They both congratulated me on the quick sale of my house. Again… true professionals. I must say that Laura was quite the stand-out. She really understands the Palm Beach market. Always delivering a timely and informed response to inquiry… Laura was fantastic. One realtor… expressed annoyance with my decision to go with Philip. Having greater numbers doesn’t necessarily yield respect for the customer’s choice. Neither does it grant one professional courtesy or grace. Needless to say, I received no congratulations from this realtor; reaffirming my decision to no longer consider him. Philip never treated me as though he had a right to my business and he never spoke ill of any realtor… a real class act. Neither did Stacie or Laura for that matter. All great choices IMO. I ultimately signed with Philip; he appreciated how difficult it was for me to sell my house, and allowed me plenty of room to weigh my options. Philip made this a painless and very quick process; getting WELL OVER the asking price and finding a wonderful young family to make my house a home once again, amazing! With every question answered and concern addressed; I was not disappointed. Philip was exceptional, exceeding my expectations.

Working with Phil was a pleasure. He's responsive and I enjoyed our conversations. He was flexible with working with me since I was purchasing from out-of-state, doing things such as taking careful videos of the property and neighborhood to share with me. He was also knowledgable about which areas within the 2 hour radius I was searching for would do best for long-term and short-term rentals, which is important since I purchased a duplex, and rent out the other half. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
