I was connected with Phil through a real estate listing site, so he was sort of dealt to me via lottery. I'm unsure of the algorithm that randomly chose this agent, but it's not possible to have had a more responsive, diligent and caring person handling the purchase. For every issue that arose, Phil had a solution or a reference. Aspects I had not considered about the property were presented in a thorough research document he compiled himself. There was nothing he was unprepared for, including having a flashlight and tape measure on the initial house presentation. Phil did not show up to walk me around a building; he was my representative. I cannot stress enough my lack of respect for real estate agents. Their interest usually lies with how much money they can make on a purchase rather the buyer or seller's best interest. I have fired, fought and, on some occasions, unchristianly defiled more than one real estate agent in my real estate history. I can attest unequivocally that this does NOT describe Mr. Tambasco.
