Phillip was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to help my wife and I in our transition from GA to FL. We had an issue with an AirBnB we were staying in and when I got ahold of Philip at 7:00 PM in the evening he worked tirelessly to help us find suitable accommodations to move in to. He even offered to come help us move himself. Great service. He helped us find an amazing home and got us to close the deal under our initial offer, in this market! Amazing work. I am still working with Philip to try and find a rental property.

I meat Philip through my Bank. They could not have chosen a better agent, Philip is very energetic always ready to answell questions and help with the decision making. When we enter a home Philips skinny but powerfully flashlight is ready for action, he looks in every corner and does a Shirlock Homes type, of a VERY TOROL inspection he finds thinks that is not visible to on inexperienced eye.
