When you're considering hiring a realtor to buy or sell a house, you are most likely thinking about all the people you've met that are realtors, maybe a billboard you saw advertising a realtor, perhaps know of someone who just became a realtor or even someone like me saying they had a good experience with a realtor. Ask your potential Realtor how many transactions they've done. Over 1200 transactions means she has encountered and navigated through almost every conceivable problem, objection or contingency imaginable. Which also means she has dealt with so many different personalities with many idiosyncrasies. Experience in anything is only achievable by you actually doing it. Experience is something you can't fake, especially when someone's life savings may be at stake. I've personally seen Adena's experience shine through when negotiating with less experienced realtors representing possible buyers of my property. She is truly amazing. Now that I'm able to look back at the property sale, I'll give you the reasons why I am so happy I engaged Adena Williams as my realtor. When able she has dropped everything to attend to my needs, desires, fears and frustrations. When we were lucky enough to get multiple offers, Adena would put them to paper showing what the net to me would be on each. Easy enough right? No, she would show me the value hidden in each offer by its terms.
