We met Margaret through Realtor.com. She was very prompt to arrange viewings for us and proactively offered similar homes to view. Margaret knows the market well providing strong comparables to help us decide on our offer pricing strategy. She also gave us local knowledge (eg dog walking places). We bid on a house with multiple offers and based on the comparables, we felt the home was worth so much. Margaret helped us with an innovative approach to our offer. We would be flexible on closing date to accommodate sellers and even do an early close with sellers remaining in the home for a few more months. Margaret worked with the sellers to position our offer accordingly and did not push us to increase our offer higher than we wanted. Although we were not the successful offer (another offer was much higher) we were comfortable with our position as we only wanted to pay so much. Margaret has strong negotiation skillsets and knows when to push. As an example, we made an offer on one home and the seller kept coming back with crazy rebuttal offers. Although we worked with them through a few of these crazy counter offers, Margaret pushed them to make a decision on our final offer or we move on to buy a different house. She was successful on closing the deal. Margaret has gone the extra mile to help us as we were travelling and not in Florida when the house closed. Margaret took the lead onsite during the home inspection to FaceTime us and again for closing walk through. She has been very flexible and helpful in turning off our water for us and ensuring the house is secure. In summary, Margaret has gone the extra mile to ensure our home buying experience was exceptional. She was knowledgeable, attentive, extremely supportive and never pushed us. Her honest, helpful manner was truly valued.
