We have a tendency to pick eclectic properties which have unique qualities, Margaret was very helpful with arranging showings even when sadly the property was not ultimately one we would offer on, and used the experience as a learning opportunity. We had several challenging and difficult situations arise with initial offers on properties and Margaret provided excellent insight and guidance in these situations. Margaret was very responsive and thorough, and was able to keep our transaction on track with a calendar of actions and timelines to minimize confusion. She was able to assist with recommendations on inspections and had a very proactive approach to solving problems and dealing with obstacles. She was helpful, calm and organized and kept us on track. We appreciated her insights and insights and thoughts on how to deal with unexpected challenges. We ultimately found a very unique property which we were able to purchase and we are very grateful and happy to Margaret for all her support and expertise during the process.
