Text’s were always answered within minutes. Every question was answered in easy to understand language. She knows the market. She knows how to stage a house to sell. Once you have Kate working for you there will be no going to any other agent. If I could give her 10 stars I would.

What we were looking for would not have been on everyones' list. We had several other Realtors show us homes in different parts of Florida. After talking with us on the phone from our house in Costa Rica, we prepared ourselves to spend 4 days with Kate, looking. She had already picked out the house that we would eventually purchase, even though she showed us a few others. That was done before noon day one. She knew exactly the fixes that were needed and had the resources available. That was the easy part. Her hidden skill was that she realized the seller's agent was a real problem. The owner was just fine. It wasn't just the "negotiating" part that set her ahead of the class, she understood how to handle a bully without causing a conflict. Kudos to her. And, her follow-thru on every issue was incredibly helpful. There is nothing that needs to be improved with this experience with Kate Ribar.
