Carmen was always available in helping me with questions and giving advise to help sell my house. Always pleasant and easy to talk to. Went above some of her duties during and after my sale.

I really can’t say enough about Carmen Feldman. From the moment we met, she sat down with me and asked questions and provided insight and information that I needed in order to make a proper decision. Hiring her to represent our property was the best decision I ever made. Her knowledge about the area, neighborhoods and HOA associations saved me so much time, I think I thanked her a zillion times. Throughout the time our home was on the market, she kept me up to date with market conditions and when our listing was shown. I wanted to make some updates to the property and she was always there with a list of possible contractors in case I needed them. The best thing about Carmen is she really cares about her clients and she will answer every call and every question. That’s really what you want in a real estate agent, someone who cares about you. Liz was friendly and very professional. She would returned my call within a reasonable time. She kept me up-to-date on everything that was happening with my home. She was recommended to me by a friend and now I would highly recommend her.

We contacted Liz when we decided to start looking for a home in Port Saint Lucie as she had the listing for a home we were interested in. That home was already under contract but Liz became our buyer’s agent in showing us homes over a three day period. We found Liz to be accommodating to our schedule and just a joy to work with. Once she knew what we wanted she did her research to find homes that fit what we were looking for as well as doing the same research for homes we were finding online. She knew the neighborhoods well and she quickly understood the things that were important to us. Every home we were shown had those elements we wanted within the price range and amenity list that we had specified which made our search pinpoint. Since we were out of town buyers, once we decided on the home we wanted and had made an offer, she took on the role of meeting up with various inspectors at the house and saw us through the entire process through the close until we owned it. After the purchase, Liz was there with recommendations for various trades to hire (painter, electrician, and pool service) and all her recommendations were spot on and excellent. This was a perfect partnership that ended with us with us owning a beautiful new home and havng a lovely new friend on top of having done a terrific job in her role as realtor. We could not recommend her any higher.

Sheryl is a brilliant communicator, listener and seemed to have an incomparable knowledge of the market sharing that knowledge in a modest and very helpful manner, pointing out matters that would never have occurred to us. Sheryl obviously enjoys her occupation and appears not to think of it as work. She is a really hard worker, always available and labored to set us at ease in a very stressful activity.
