I wanted to make some updates to the property and she was always there with a list of possible contractors in case I needed them. The best thing about Carmen is she really cares about her clients and she will answer every call and every question. That’s really what you want in a real estate agent, someone who cares about you. My property closed a month ago due to her attention and professionalism. If I’m ever in the market to buy or sell in her area again, I would not hesitate to call her.
