Tammy's communication from beginning to end, well can I say she knocked it out of the ballpark. There was a few problems with our house that had been dealt with so I say she took the horse by the briddle and ran. Me and my husband were dealing with a lot of family problems and with her help her amazing help we got through this just fine. Autumn knew she wasn't my only interview, yet she spent nearly two hours understanding my goals and answering every question — with zero pressure to sign. She gave me an honest, accurate listing price (right in line with my own research) — not inflated to win the listing, not lowballed for a quick sale.
